JOHN S. JARBOUH, EIT, CIO/Partner, Lead Trainer and Program Developer
Mr. John Jarbouh has 10 years of relevant experience at the network level, establish and maintain high standards for team performance by developing clear long-term strategic plans and annual goals and rigorously tracking performance against them. His experiences include to attract, hire, develop, evaluate and motivate a dispersed community of committed and driven operations professionals, who execute at high levels of excellence and deeply share TETCI’s mission. John is fluent in business Spanish and Arabic and is an adjunct professor at Mercer.

A licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of progressive experience in engineering and construction, his construction management experience includes all facets of heavy civil and industrial construction, with the perspective of representing both the owner and contractor. He has received Awards for Excellence on four bridge and highway projects. Muir served as National Director and President of Region 6, American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) and President of the First State Section. He has served as Program Director and full-time faculty teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the Virginia Tech Construction Management Program. Dr. Muir is a consultant and guest instructor for TET.


JEANETTE HIRNIAK-MORENSKI - Partner/Marketing and Social Media
Jeanette began her career in the field of land development. She ran projects from conception to completion and was responsible for every aspect of the design process. Her clients included international companies, municipal and government agencies, and large real estate development companies.  Formerly the Communication Director for ASCET, she was responsible for publishing a weekly newsletter for the NICET certified disciplines, and brings her marketing and social media expertise to the company. She is a member of WTS Central Florida and ASHE Central Florida.


Paul J. Inferrera has over 31 years of combined experience in the fire protection industry and is the Owner/Design Manager at DrawFire LLC  and a member of the Planning Board with the Town of Navassa (NC). Paul is also a NICET Ambassador and serves on the NICET Board of Governors. Qualifications include: NICET Level IV;  Fire Alarm Systems, and NICET Level I;  Special Hazard Suppression Systems. We are proud to have Mr. Inferrera on our team representing the fire discipline. Mr. Infererra is TET's NICET fire alarm training consultant, and his online classes are offered through Cape Fear Community College in NC. 

Mr. Melvin Wildstein has over 50 years of consulting experience in engineering, with an emphasis on construction management and training. Melvin brings a wealth of knowledge to TETCI.  He was a Project Manager for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and held progressively responsible positions with a major engineering firm in transportation, including managing projects for NJDOT, NJTA, NJ Transit, NYDOT and Construction Department, NYCDEP, NYCDOT and the New York Design and Construction among others. He is well respected and sought out by these agencies and their directors.


Mr. McDonald is the Quality Control Executive and is responsible for developing and implementing procedures and systems. He continuously monitors and reviews the internal functions to assure we deliver 100% to our clients. He brings to the organization his expertise in bridge, structural and roadway design along with construction inspection. He has his NJ Professional Engineer’s license (#GE 47518) and is the instructor of some of our in-house classes.

Mr. Sauber has over thirty years of experience in highway materials, construction, design and research.  His expertise includes a fundamental understanding of highway construction and materials including the research and development of paving materials and quality assurance specifications. Mr. Sauber is currently the training provider for NJSAT field certification and has trained and certified hundreds of construction inspectors. Mr. Sauber is experienced in current ASTM and AASHTO material test methods as well as emerging technologies for material inspection, testing and evaluation. Mr. Sauber is a guest instructor and consultant to TET.


Andrew is a NICET Ambassador and Vice President of NYC ASCET Chapter as well as an OSHA authorized construction trainer. Mr. Wildstein has 21 years of relevant experience and is an adjunct professor at Mercer County College. His experience includes a number of recent New Jersey highway projects, and work with NYCDOT, NYCDEP and NYCDDC New York City Dept. of Design and Construction.
